We develop and provide samples as per buyers design, fabric quality, weight, shrinkage, color fastness, specifications etc. to obtain buyers approval before heading to production trough our professional staff of Merchandisers and Quality Controllers who always keep a close check on sampling and production.

We check each and every dyed lot in our office to ensure best matching with shade consistency through our latest machineries and technically trained and literate staff. We have all kind of most updated testing methods and criteria's related to the approval of specific stores. Mac Beth color solutions have provided us the light Box comprising of CWF-D 64 - TL 84 - UV Lights.

Ensure all samples are made with perfection and up to buyer's specification and requirement. Ontime sample submissions & To make targets of sample dates with customers. Coordinates with factory and Merchandisers to help and make factory personnel/experts understand the technical aspects of a product as designed or required by customer. To ensure all fittings / construction / needle works and measurements are correctly followed.

Our Embellishment Dept Team coordinates all the time with Factories and Our Merchandisers during Productions to maintain the quality of embellishment , Printing or embroidery to meet customer's specifications.

All shipping documents are reviewed and verify as to buyers instruction. All cargo is handled by reputable forwarder to obtain correct information regarding ETD and ETA of vessels because time delivery is as important for us as it is to the buyer.

Only approved goods are packed and buyer is assured of getting quality merchandise. Care is also taken to see whether all packing instructions of the buyer are respected.

HAY'S Sourcing can negotiate lead times necessary to satisfy the customer, however, normal lead times are 60-90 days from order/sample confirmation. In extraordinary cases we can manage 45 days, and for most reorders successful turn-around can be accomplished in 30 days.
